Recruiting & Hiring:
Supporting to advertise the open position on the selected channels internally & externally Supporting to screen through the applicants for the right open positions, and schedule an interview session for the online/offline interview and assessment center Talent Management & Onboarding:
Support with Onboard interns and employees, manage welcome kits and any required task by HRBP Schedule trainings and HRDC Any other admin task  HR Admin
Filling Support improving policies and processes  Projects:
Engagement survey Engagement events Projects to be involve:
1. Engagement Events & Communications
2. Engagement Survey
3. Processes and Policies updates
support with HR Admin tasks:
1. Support in Recruitment process (Prescreening, interviews, engage with Candidates)
2. Support in documentation 
3. Assist in administrative tasks as required
4. Assist in creating/edit template
5. e-Filing / Filing
Qualifications **Preference 6 months availability or willing to extend
Currently doing Bachelors Degree or Diploma in HR/ Communications related fields
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Canva, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Energetic, creative and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Additional Information Please attach your university internship letter and indicate your internship period.
