Details of the offer

As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



-Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.


-Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.


-Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.


-Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.


-Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.


-Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.


-Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.


-Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.


-Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.


-Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.


-Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.


-Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.


-Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other 


-Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.

; Requirements:-


-A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.


-Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955 is advantageous.


-Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.


-Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Word Excel


-Strong verbal communication skills.


-Proficiency in both English and Malay languages.
