Job DescriptionRecruiting & Hiring:
Supporting to advertise the open position on the selected channels internally & externally
Supporting to screen through the applicants for the right open positions, and schedule an interview session for the online/offline interview and assessment center
Talent Management & Onboarding:
Support with onboarding interns and employees, manage welcome kits and any required tasks by HRBP
Schedule trainings and HRDC
Any other admin tasks
HR Admin:
Filing
Support improving policies and processes
Projects:
Engagement survey
Engagement events
Projects to be involved:
Engagement Events & Communications

Processes and Policies updates
Support with HR Admin tasks:
Support in the recruitment process (Prescreening, interviews, engage with candidates)
Support in documentation
Assist in administrative tasks as required
Assist in creating/editing templates

QualificationsPreference for 6 months availability or willing to extend
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR/Communications related fields
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Canva, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Energetic, creative and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
