Hr Internship

Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.- Address queries and issues of workers when required.- Follow up any pending shipment- Compile and check expenses claim of staff to submit before the deadline- Office maintenance- Overseas travelling arrangement such as flight and accommodation- Record meeting minutes- Any other Ad Hoc**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field- Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems.- Basic understanding of labor legislation (Occupational safety and health, Anti-discrimination law, National Labor Relations Act, etc).- Excellent planning and organizational skills.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.- Outstanding problem-solving skills.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Strong work ethics.- Good time management skills.- Ability to work independently.- Able to communicate well in English and Malay**Job Types**: Permanent, InternshipContract length: 3 monthsPay: RM400.00 - RM600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Application Deadline: 09/30/2023Expected Start Date: 10/02/2023
