About Us:
Restoran Green View Sdn Bhd is a leading Chinese seafood restaurant known for its excellence in food and hospitality.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in managing day-to-day HR operations and improving workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Help maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
Assist with payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave management
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
Help with performance management tracking and feedback collection
Contribute to employee relations and resolving HR-related queries
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Help in preparing reports and documents for internal HR processes
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Team player with a proactive attitude
Interest in developing a career in HR and learning about HR functions in the F&B industry
