Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Responsible for overall recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, arrangement of interviews, background check, preparation of employment contract and administering the signing of contracts. Create job posting and collaborate with departmental heads to attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media and any other platforms. Conduct orientation and induction for new hires. To assist in any other HR general functions, e.g. monitor staff attendance & timesheet, prepare letter/memo, employment pass application, and etc, as assign by the Company. REQUIREMENTS: Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR is required. Candidate with past experience in medium size company of 100-200 staffs is preferred. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking party. Able to work independently and with good attitude.
