Hr Manager (Chinese/Mandarin Speaker)

1.Gender is not limited, preferably age 30-40years old
2. Qualification -Bachelor degree orabove, human resources management, business administration andother related majors.
3. Experience -3-5 yearsof practical and management experience in the full module of humanresources
4. Have a solid foundation in modernmanagement theory and be familiar with labor policies andregulations.
5. Proficient and stay up to datewith local labor laws and ensure company policy aligns with thelocal regulations and compliance.
6. Be familiarwith various modules of human resources management and be able toguide various departments to carry out relevant work.
7. Set out a local Recruitment and Talent RetentionStrategy; guided by the Country's direction and framework to ensuregood talent pool availability for hiring that matches the companypolicy and industry needs.
8. Foster a workingculture consist of teamwork, open communication, trustworthiness,responsibility and opportunity for growth in a conductive,productive workplace environment by securing that we can attract,develop, and retain talented co-workers.
9.Management and Hiring of Foreign Worker.
10.Proficient in HR software and operating office software; havestrong communication, coordination, organization and managementskills;
11. Manage HR operations, includingrecord-keeping, payroll, and personnel file maintenance.
12. Must be able to communicate and type inMandarin.
