Responsibilities Main responsibility for involvement in the HRday-to-day operations and activities which include but are notlimited to assisting in establishing HR policies and regulatorycompliance, payroll, recruitment, employee compensation andbenefits & etc.RecruitmentManagement:1.Plan and execute recruitmentactivities, including candidate screening, interviews, and hiring,ensuring an efficient recruitmentprocess.2.Maintain and expand recruitmentchannels, actively seeking and attracting outstanding talents tojoin the company.Compensation and BenefitsManagement:1.Manage monthly attendancecalculation and performance assessment, ensuring accurate andtimely salary payments.2.Develop and optimizeemployee benefit plans to meet employee needs and enhancesatisfaction and loyalty.Onboarding andOffboarding Management:1.Manage the onboardingprocess for new employees, including contract signing, training,etc., ensuring smooth integration into thecompany.2.Assist in the offboarding processfor employees, ensuring compliance and smooth processes, includingexit procedures and exit interviews.EmployeeManagement:1.Resolve daily employee issues,provide necessary support and assistance, and maintain goodemployee relations.2.Plan and organizeteam-building activities to promote team cohesion and a friendlyatmosphere.3.Responsible for maintaining thedaily order of the office environment, ensuring cleanliness andorderliness.
