About the role:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The HR Manager also plays a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and fairly.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.Performance Management:Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Support managers in addressing performance issues and setting achievable goals.Training and Development:Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.Compensation and Benefits:Administer compensation and benefits programs.
