Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Responsible for theFull Spectrum of Human Resources functionswhich include: recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and payroll administration;
Manage employee conflicts and provideCounselingwith respect to disciplinary issues, grievances, to conduct domestic inquiries & manage industrial relations as and when required;
EnforcesManagement Guidelinesby preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Ensure HR team liaise and compliance to allStatutory requirementssuch as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act, SOCSO regulations, etc.
Responsible to reviewCompensation and Benefitscheme whenever necessary.
Responsible for the implementation of the appropriate measurement for employeeJob Performance Evaluation (KPI).
Cultivates professionaland technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/ Development or equivalent qualification.
Min 5 years of working experience as HR Manager or HR Assistant Manager is required especially in Retail Industry.
Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955, IR.
Familiarity with human resources manager job responsibilities.
Proficient knowledge of payroll software, statutory payments, claims and income tax deductions.
