Hr Manager- Immediate Hiring

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, training and development, employee compensation and benefits as well as all administrative functions.- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner.- Manage the full employment cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding of employees.- Manage the monthly payroll and statutory contributions.- Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical and insurance.- Ensure employee records are kept accurately and up-to-date.- Prepare monthly HR reports and HR metrics.- Liaise with external vendors such as insurance vendors.- Manage employee welfare and employee queries on HR-related issues.- Participate in HR projects and programs.- Manage administrative functions including purchase of office stationery, office supplies and office equipment.- Other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as and when assigned.**Job Requirement**:- Degree in HR or related discipline.- Minimum 3 years of proven and relevant HR Executive and above work experience.- Knowledge of payroll system.- Good knowledge of local labor law.- Good communications and interpersonal skills.- Proficient with Word, Excel and Power-point.- Team player with strong sense of responsibility.- Self-starter, meticulous and good with follow-up work.- Preference will be given to those who can start work immediately.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
