Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:To maintain, amend, communicate and execute HR policies of the Company in accordance to the Labour Act/ Law.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on Company climate/ environment and culture, ensuring positivity and productivity.
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Source various platforms and carry out job postings when the need arises and work with Hiring Managers on candidates and interviews.
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees, e.g., preparation of letters for engagement, staff orientation.
Prepare monthly payroll including SOCSO, EPF, income tax deductions of staff, and relevant reports.
Assist in general administrative functions, e.g., company documentation, booking of air tickets/accommodation.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Human Resource (HR) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Preferably with a professional qualification specialized in HR or equivalent.
Ability to converse in multiple languages, including English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an advantage.
Ability to keep sensitive information private and confidential.
Qualification:Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
