Hr Manager

We are looking for:
HR ManagerIndustry: EMS
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
Job Description:Lead and manage HR functions, aligning with company goals.
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
Develop training programs and staff development initiatives.
Manage HR records, payroll, benefits, and contribute to strategic planning.
Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
