Responsible in full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management employee relations and communications and expatriate management.- Able to focus on internal hiring and strategic planning as and when required.- Able to review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, and processes in accordance with the Company's direction and legal requirements.- Oversee the processing of monthly payrolls and ensure compliance with government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.- Investigates and resolves all disciplinary and HR issues/disputes. Provide HR guidance to line functions and ensure that all employment activities are compliance with various employment legislations.- Enhance employee well-being and promote employee engagement, teamwork, and a pleasant working environment.**; Requirements**:- At least Bachelor's Degree.- Exposure in MNC environment, legal / logistics / finance related industry is a plus.- Able to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese will be added advantage (liasion with international clients / stakeholder).- Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Outspoken).
