JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Planning, formulation, implementation and operation of HR matters (includes retail store matters) Performance evaluation, promotion, grading system, organization system Salary benchmarking, bonus, staffs welfare & benefit. Preparation of relevant HR documents eg employment contracts, HR policies, employee handbook & etc. Incentive design (goal setting/shared sense of achievement) Payroll processing. Identify training needs and develop training & development programs. Responsible for Human Resource reporting and compilation of reports and information. Ensure HR compliance. JOB REQUIREMENTS Possess Degree in Human Resources Management. Exposure from retail/F&B industry. Familiar with local HR laws/acts.
