Results/Objectives to Be Accomplished: Comply with employment lawComply with internal rules and procedures Tasks: Full spectrum of HR management with emphasis on Payroll, provide support on HR general functions, HR administration and HR operational.Provide in all aspect of Human Resource Management and Administrative functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management and other HR related support services.Establish and execute plans for strategic HR activities and projects aligned with the needs of the local business and the Leadership Team, according to available budget and resources set by Site ManagerCoach and Mentor Leaders in hiring decisions, remuneration decisions, people development and leadership team developmentExecute on talent management initiatives driven globally including but not limited to; employee engagement survey, performance management, succession planning, talent development and performance improvement initiativesTake a lead role in the business in creating an environment, which facilitates the growth and development of employees in line with the pace of, cultural and organizational change requiredEnsure that sound HR practice is in place in your area of responsibility and contributes to the development of an environment of fairness and consistency in terms of the manner in which employees are treated.Act as the champion of cultural change within your area of responsibilityMaintaining, recommending and revising the company's human resource policies and procedures.Ensure the company compliance with all statutory requirements in conditions of employment, transfers, promotion, etc.Attend and handling employee counseling, grievance and disciplinary matters.Provide full support for on boarding/off boarding of staff and management.Align HR practices between business units and locations in Malaysia, Singapore and India.As the HR contact person at Malaysia, Singapore and India act as "Site HR Lead" of the local Nilfisk HR Community, sharing local business information and providing local alignment as necessarySkills, Competencies: Experienced in up/down scaling projectsExperience with implementing global processes in the regionExcellent coaching skillsMature sparring partner for management Training & Experience: Bachelor / Diploma Human Resources or similarMin. 5 years' experience as HR Generalist/Operational in a production facility and in an internationally operating companyExperience with supporting managers in global functionsGood knowledge of labor law for the regionFluent in local languages and EnglishLet's create a cleaner future together Clean is changing.
