Organize andimplement the pre-promotion assessment ofcadres.Establish and carry out in-houseemployee training programs that addresses company training needssuch as new employee on-boarding, departmental cross-training etc.Evaluate the effectiveness of training to improve the team qualityand enhance company development. Manage training records of allemployees and identify the area that needs training for eachemployee. Manage HRD Corp budget, allocating funds to key areas forpersonnel engagement and development.ImplementHuman Resource procedures / policies and oversee the overall HumanResource functions for the Company. Design, develop and leadthe implementation of the career developmentpathway.Responsible for employee working lifecycle administration that includes on-boarding and off-boardingadministration. Identify and recommend improvements tointernal standard operating procedures, including teamrestructuring and morale buildingDevelop andmanage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation ofresources. JobRequirements: MinimumBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management/BusinessStudies/Administration/ Manager orequivalentMinimum 7-10 years of workingexperience in Human Resources Management, preferably in F&B/ FMCG industryProficient in HR software,payroll systems, and Microsoft OfficeSuite.Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act,Industrial Relations Law, Trade Union Act as well as otherguidelines and code of conduct as prescribed by the relevantauthorities.
