Job Description Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the full cycle of recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the dealership.Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and programs.Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. Strategic HR Planning: Partner with the senior leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.Analyze workforce data to identify trends and develop strategic initiatives.Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
