Team player & self-starter, able to engage & connect with people at all levels At least 5 years of working experience in the related field. Proficient with Microsoft Office & Info-Tech HRIS Responsible for the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Contributing to the design and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skillsets and boosting performance levels. Aiding in the establishment of performance management systems to assess employee performance, establish objectives, and offer feedback Handling employee relations issues, including but not limited to grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations, such as labor laws, immigration regulations, and health and safety guidelines. Responsible in the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization's mission and values. Identifying and fostering high-potential employees for future leadership roles within the company. Utilizing HR-related data to identify patterns, evaluate performance, and develop strategies to improve HR processes and practices. Encourage a workplace culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusivity, fostering equal opportunities and supporting diverse perspectives. Supporting senior management in formulating and implementing HR strategies that are consistent with the organization's overarching goals and objectives.
