Summary: As the Manager, Human Resources at HubConnect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience across the employee lifecycle (from Talent Acquisition to HR Business Partnering).
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR generalist to play a crucial role in building and shaping our HubConnect team, establishing a strong organizational culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth, integrated, and compliant HR operation.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the new entity, aligning with overall business objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling and candidate sourcing to onboarding activities (with some support from external partners and the Singapore TA team). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for candidate selection. Establish and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources. 2. HR Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and supporting Singapore HQ to drive business success. Collaborate with Singapore HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies. Consult on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to address challenges. 3. People Operations: With support from an HR executive, oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with Singapore HQ practices, but also ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition, people operations, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations in Malaysia.
• Experience in successfully establishing HR processes and practices in new entities or international locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
