Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and programs. Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives. Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Implement performance management systems to drive continuous improvement. Lead the development and execution of employee training and development programs. Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation strategy is competitive. Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust policies and practices accordingly.
Requirements Min. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years experience in a senior HR leadership role in .com, IT Services, Financial etc. Industry. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation. Proficient in Recruiting or Employee Relationship practice in Malaysia. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
