From recruitment to retention, employee relations to compliance, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR. We are looking for you to take the lead and make a significant impact on our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Lead and manage the Recruitment full cycle.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Implement and manage employee recognition programs to enhance job satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a performance management system that aligns employee goals with organizational objectives.
• Identify training needs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as industry-specific regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and support company objectives.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee retention, reduce turnover, and enhance organizational performance.
Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR Full Spectrum experience - minimum 10 years in HR management with at least 3 years in managerial position.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry exposure is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
