Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions. Plan and organize activities in HR functions that involve the establishment of manpower requirement & recruitment, training & development, performance management and formulation of Human Resource Policies, Strategies and guidelines. Provide HR guidance and advice to the Management on government initiatives, best practices and Employment Act. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the payroll result and handle all HR Management Report. Prepare and submit statutory report. Responsible for full spectrum of Administration functions. Responsible for the social factor in the ESG frameworkGeneral upkeep and administration of office, factory premises and hostel upkeep.  Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required. Must have experience with foreign worker recruitmentMust be familiar with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act & etc. Must be  familiar with social audits (eg. SEDEX) and health and safety audits (ISO 45001)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Matured candidate who are resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team are encouraged to apply.
