We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Human Resource Manager position. The ideal candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage HR functions: selection & recruitment, attendance, payroll processing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, employee services & counselling, training & development, safety & health, and HR support services.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee welfare administration.
Utilize data analytics tools to analyze compensation trends, benchmark against industry peers, and make informed decisions about salary structures, pay equity, and talent retention.
Develop and manage executive compensation packages, including salary, bonuses, stock options, and other incentives, while navigating governance requirements and shareholder expectations.
Review, develop, and implement HR & Administrative policies and standard operating procedures; monitor compliance and effectiveness.
Handle and advise management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local labor laws.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and other ad-hoc activities assigned by management.
Collaborate with other business unit managers to identify employee competency gaps and build effective learning and development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Able to work independently, proactive, highly self-motivated individual, good problem solver.
Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
