Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboardingGovern the offboarding process, including resignation, termination, abscond etc.Responsible in ensuring the work permit/employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers are active and liaise with immigration officersSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain pay plan and benefits programAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsMaintain HR systems and processesProvide support and guidance to HR staffAnalyze trends in compensation and benefitsDesign and implement employee retention strategiesBuild strong relationships with external suppliers (recruitment agency, training providers, HR systems vendors etc.), fostering trust and promoting collaborationReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure al company HR policies are applied consistentlyEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including foreign worker relatedHandle and ensure confidential matters with discretionMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Requirements Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven at least 5 years of working experience as HR Manager or HR ExecutiveIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesKnowledge of HR systems and databasesPeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
