Partners with global HR peers in execution of HR programs and strategies and to seek and provide innovative solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business, mitigates risks and ensure with all pertinent HR-related laws and regulations compliance.
Duties and responsibilities: To support business needs by selecting effective sourcing strategies, manage candidate selection, and handle applications and interviews Assist managers in identifying and delivering suitable learning and development solutions and support staff development and the roll-out of talent initiatives align with global requirements.
Provide periodical training to ensure employees are well-prepared for their current and future roles, aligned with business goals.
Manage employee relations, performance issues, and redundancies.
Advise on disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring best practices and minimizing risk.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Support annual performance reviews in coordination with Managers Collaborate with payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll information by providing monthly instruction Work with Central/ Global C&B team to address resourcing issues, retention, annual increase, and related pay outs.
Address resourcing issues and support recruitment and retention strategies.
Contribute to HR tracking, performance appraisals, and budget processes as per global requirements.
Handle ad-hoc projects supporting local and global initiatives Collaborate with the Global HR team on periodic and HR annual reporting matters.
Qualifications: Min BS degree, plus 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role within a matrix environment or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
At least five years of experience in employee relations, with emphasis on employee and/or labor relations and human resources policy development.
Experience with multiple locations &/or business units, dealing with a broad range of HR-related areas at senior levels of organization
