Hr Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

**Key Responsibilities**:**1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for talent pipeline development.**2. Employee Relations**:- Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and conducting investigations when necessary.- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.**3. HR Policies and Procedures**:- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Malaysian labor laws and organizational needs.- Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.**4. Performance Management**:- Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.- Work with leadership to identify and address performance issues.**5. Training and Development**:- Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and assess their effectiveness.- Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.**6. Compensation and Benefits**:- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.- Conduct periodic salary reviews and benchmarking.**7. Legal Compliance and Foreign Worker Application**:- Stay updated on Malaysian labor laws and regulations, especially those related to foreign workers.**8. HR Administration**:- Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.- Being a team player, maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating independence, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with the HR software of iFlexi and JustLogin are preferred.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What's your expected salary?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
