The new role Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage and oversee the HR programs implemented in the organization and ensure alignment to overall business objectives. You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection process, handle all relevant compensation and benefits tasks, support newcomers' smooth integration with the company, manage off boarding process. You will also be involved in a few areas such as learning and development, employee engagement and partnering, performance management as well as financial management.
Requirements to succeed The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent Degree qualification. You should have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a HR manager. Knowledge on finance function is preferred. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, prioritisation, open-minded, and proactive.
