Job DescriptionSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.)
according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Job RequirementsTo have a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in this role
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers (both spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., ??/Capcut and other software) and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition is a plus.
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or equivalent field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
Willingness to work in the Bukit Jalil area.
Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
