Responsibilities:Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll data etc.)
according to policy and legal requirements
Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Complete payroll reports & process the company payroll every payment period
Keep all pay records confidential
Maintain payroll processing system and records
HR Officer Requirements:Degree in human resources.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment)
Understanding of labor laws and employment act
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
