Minimum Requirements:At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Job Duties:Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
Source applicants through various methods, including advertising, job sites, professional networks, career fairs, and online platforms.
Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees.
Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (e.g., leave records, staff transfers, and resignations).
Manage staff resignations and conduct exit meetings.
Maintain employee personnel records in systems and personal files.
Source and organize training programs to meet specific training needs.
Liaise with training providers for quotations or proposals.
Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and HRDF claiming process.
Arrange in-house and public training based on TNA and selected course forms.
Assist in company events.
Handle conflict, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Assist in handling the full cycle of performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policy and labor law.
Support any ad-hoc HR/Admin initiatives.
