Panel Plus Company Limited is a Wood Substitute Material Industry established in 1990 as a subsidiary of Mitr Phol Group (the third largest sugar company in the world).
Panel Plus manufactures and distributes Particle Board, MDF board, and melamine-coated panels with high technology and environmental friendliness.
Recently, we decided to establish new lines of production to produce melamine paper and melamine faced chipboard to serve customers with a wider range of demands.

Responsibilities
Recruit and select qualified employees for assigned positions within the designated timeframe.
Manage working time, wages, salaries, and social security in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide support in welfare management and employee relations, ensuring alignment with company regulations and applicable laws.
Oversee Human Resources development, organize activities to improve work quality, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance relationships between employees and the company.
Collaborate with other departments to establish and monitor KPIs for employee performance evaluation.
Prepare and manage information, budget plans, and reports related to your areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
Presentation and coordination skills.
Good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and creativity.
Flexibility in traveling to work across the area.
