RoleHR Management-Oversee recruitment processes for new team members, ensuring alignment with company culture and goals-Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes-Handle employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiativesOperations Management-Streamline operational workflows to optimize efficiency within the company-Manage day-to-day operations including project/campaign timelines, resource allocation and budgeting-Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning and alignment of goalsResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities-Recruit, onboard, and train new team members (overseeing probation, assessment, etc.)-Maintain employee records and manage payroll and benefits-Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns or conflicts-Ensure office space is in order to foster positive working environment-To manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts-Assist with performance management procedures and HR-related events (company trip, townhall, leave and MC tracking and etc.)-Tabulate and ensure all HR-related expenses are arranged and recorded accordingly-Ensure all company assets are well taken care of-Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requestsOperational Responsibilities-Monitor and optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness-Oversee project/campaign management, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction-Implement and maintain systems and processes for tracking and reportingResultsHR Results-Reduced turnover rate by implementing effective onboarding and retention strategies-Cultivated a positive work environment resulting in increased employee satisfaction-Streamlined HR processes, reducing administrative burdens and improving efficiencyOperations Results-Improved operational efficiency through process optimization initiatives-Met or exceeded project and/or campaign deadlines consistently, enhancing client satisfaction. -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields and/or;-Proven experience in HR management, operations, and/or influencer marketing-Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape-Excellent communication and negotiation skills-Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment-Strong leadership and team management abilities-Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making-Adaptability and flexibility to navigate various aspects of the role
