-Oversee recruitment processes for new team members, ensuring alignment with company culture and goals
-Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes

-Streamline operational workflows to optimize efficiency within the company
-Manage day-to-day operations including project/campaign timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
-Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning and alignment of goals
Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
-Recruit, onboard, and train new team members (overseeing probation, assessment, etc.)
-Maintain employee records and manage payroll and benefits
-Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns or conflicts
-Ensure office space is in order to foster positive working environment
-To manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
-Assist with performance management procedures and HR-related events (company trip, townhall, leave and MC tracking and etc.)
-Tabulate and ensure all HR-related expenses are arranged and recorded accordingly
-Ensure all company assets are well taken care of
-Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields and/or;
-Proven experience in HR management, operations, and/or influencer marketing
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
