YOUR ROLECoordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and service delivery.
Provides support to managers and employees and executes respective HR processes at the country level.
Ensures HR practices and policies are compliant with corporate standards, audit requirements, statutory regulations, and local laws.
Assists in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
Prepares and maintains reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Communicates company policies and ensures they are understood and followed within the organization.
Supports HR projects and initiatives, organizes employee sessions and workshops, new hire orientation, townhalls, and other employee activities.
Supports the business and functions to source and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
Enhances/streamlines current HR processes.
Liaises with external vendors for employment pass application/renewal processes, medical health insurance, medical outpatient, and employee assistance program (EAP).
Collaborates with HR Operations counterparts in SEA and other regions to learn and implement best practices at Henkel Malaysia.
Monitors plant's overtime and conducts refresher trainings for blue-collar employees on the company's social standards.
