YOUR ROLE Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and service deliveryProvides support to managers and employees and executes respective HR processes at the country levelEnsures HR practices and policies are compliant to corporate standards, audit requirements, statutory regulations and local lawsAssists in the development and updating of HR policies and proceduresPrepares and maintain reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agenciesCommunicates company policies and ensure they are understood and followed within the organizationSupports HR Projects and initiatives, organize employee sessions and workshops, new hire orientation, townhalls, and other employee activitiesTo support the business and functions to source and coordinate the delivery of training programsTo support local HR to enhance/streamline current HR processesTo liaise with the external vendors for employment pass application/renewal processes, medical health insurance, medical outpatient, and employee assistance program (EAP)Collaborate with HR Operations counterparts in SEA and other regions to learn and implement best practices Henkel MalaysiaMonitor plant's overtime and conduct refresher trainings to our blue collars on our company's social StandardsTo support company and plant's internal and external audit related to HR topics YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in business administration / Human Resources or equivalentMin. 3 - 5 years of HR Experience, in a multinational organizationSound knowledge of payroll, benefits, social security, income tax, labor law regulationsProficient with HR Systems such as SAP or equivalentStrong communication skills and a team player, able to work in a matrix organizationResults driven, self-starter, and enjoys managing tasks with varying complexity At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
