PRIMARY DUTIES Responsible for policy, workflow, templates, HR document management. Support in training of HRSS members as required.Develops and executes plan for administrative legal compliance of newly enacted employment laws. Maintains compliance.Perform the hiring, change, termination process, maintaining knowledge of organizational and departmental policies and procedures.Maintain service level agreements and improve them whenever is needed. Process documentation to effectively manage department KPIs and metrics.Develop and maintains AP HRSS Standard Operating Procedures and support in regional standardization.Ensures that work assignments are carried out properly. Utilizes HRSS HBFDirect portal and dashboard to assess ticket completion capacity.Improve quality results by evaluating and creating and/or re-designing processes; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing potential changes.Act as day-to-day escalation point to provide functional and technical support. Escalate to higher level as needed.Responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the HRSS HBF Direct Portal and other operational systems. Administer and maintain the look and feel of the portal to promote a positive user experience in line with the organization's business needs. Trains new HRBP users whenever is necessary.Ensures HRIS data records and workflow pertaining to employee are maintained and entries are timely, accurate and consistent.Ensures integrity and quality of the data in the HRIS databases as well as in the HRSS HBFDirect portal and other operational systems.Accountable for maintaining data records pertaining to employee record tracking in paper or electronic filing.Responsible for working with internal functions and third party to handle the payroll job.Partner with the Malaysia key stakeholders HBF Commercial leaders, Plant Manager and other functional leaders in embedding strategic approach to the effective management of organization workers so that they help the business gain a competitive advantage.Supporting in employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment activities of Malaysia HBF. Ensure HR initiatives and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company rules. Prepare and conduct all new employments, performance improvement plans, actions measure and terminations.Offer independent counselling and advice for employees in HR matters and employment law issues.Support of Malaysia HR-Managements in all HR operational day to day tasks.Influence on HR decisions and independent conduct of HR measures.Assists with special projects and other ad-hoc activities as needed.
