ResponsibilitiesSupport payroll tasks for EMEA countries.
Ensuring that payroll activities, processes and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
Responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
Review, reconcile and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor.
Handle and resolve inquiries about pay and statutory related matters.
Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve high-quality outcomes and deliverables.
Explore opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll in a multinational environment is preferred.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).
A team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, proactive and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
Computer literate and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
