Assist with preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws.
Maintain employee records, handle queries, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
Analyze payroll and HR data to generate accurate, up-to-date reports.
Create visual reports and graphs to present HR and payroll data clearly.
Identify and resolve HR and payroll issues using a solution-oriented approach.
Streamline HR and payroll workflows for greater efficiency.
Use Microsoft 365 tools, HR software, and payroll platforms to maintain data integrity.
Assist with various HR and payroll-related projects as needed.
Ensure accuracy in all data entry and payroll processing.
Stay updated on HR and payroll best practices, compliance, and industry trends, particularly in relation to UK law, as your role will support the UK office.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in using Microsoft 365 along with advanced Excel formulas and data analysis tools.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel (complex formulas, data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.
Proficient in using data analytics tools for reporting and the ability to represent data graphically for easy interpretation.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think critically to find effective solutions.
Must have an exceptional eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work.
Comfortable with new digital tools and technologies; adaptable to learning new HR and payroll software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn for recruitment purposes.
Able to work in evening shift from 3pm to 11pm.
