Manage Employee Life cycle processes as per approved guidelines:Initiate hire and create employee profile in system.
Process job change transactions in system such as reporting change, organization change, confirmation, promotion, transfer.
Issue transactional letters.
Process various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc.
Input employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or document activities as requested.Manage complex queries through Case Management system for daily operation.
Manage and maintain e-filing management system.
Support seniors and team lead as required.
Requirements:
Possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably someone with 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment under HR function.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources and case management systems such as SAP/Workday.
Hands-on experience in human resources software such as HRIS.
Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationships with internal and external parties.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin would be an advantage.
