The HR Program Lead handles Data Privacy, Audit, KPI and ESG Reporting.
The responsibilities for this role include the following:
Ensure the handling of employee data complies with data privacy laws and best practices
Review all incoming HR WFD (workforce data) requests in a timely and compliant manner
Maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for managing HR data privacy within the organization
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international data privacy laws, adapting to new legislation as necessary
Educate partners on their obligations under data privacy legislation and the company's policies
Regularly monitor the organization's data privacy practices to ensure ongoing compliance
Maintain the organization's data privacy governance framework
These responsibilities aim to protect the privacy of employee data, ensure legal compliance, and maintain the trust of employees and other stakeholders.
HR Project Manager for internal and SOX audits Lead a global team that represents Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Sales Incentive and the Global Admin Service Center.
Assist these process experts in maintaining process documentation and to continually measure and improve process effectiveness.
Coordinate user participation in audit testing of key HR processes
Responsible for overall coordination with the audit community - work closely with the Internal/External Audit team, Finance and Legal
SOX Approver for Workday system change requests using the Charm system.
HR Success Metrics Lead : Work across HR to collect, validate, and publish HR's quarterly KPIs or Success Metrics timely and accurately. Consult with HR teams, as needed, on the quality of the data and narrative provided.
HR External Corporate Reports Lead : Work with the relevant Agilent leads to deliver accurate and timely external benchmarking reporting (e.g., ESG reporting). Requires coordination with HR Functional team leadership to collect data.
The successful candidate must have flexible working hours to accommodate a global environment and team.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in audit and SOX processes, GDPR, and data privacy.
HR functional knowledge and IT expertise are desired.
Strong project management, collaboration, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or with teams and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
