What we ask A completed degree in HR, law, social, Business Administration, Psychology, Development or sustainability studies.Working and thinking level: Higher Vocational / Applied sciences / Bachelor and > 6 years of experience or Academic / Masters > 4 years of experience.Business and/or HR experience in an international organisationStrong affinity with at least one of the social sustainability topics (Human Rights, DEI, Wellbeing, Resilient Communities).Project Management skills, being able to work independently and take ownership.Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Being able to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic and international environment, at all levels and in cross-functional teams.Strong in data driven decision making.Growth mindset.
