What your role will be?
Ensure that employees' records are properly maintained.
Understand the implications of improper job performance.
Obey the company rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures and any general instructions issued by management.
Be aware of and ensure understanding of the company's GMP, Quality Policy, Occupational Safety & Health Policy, and Environmental Policy.
Report immediately to superiors of any problems that may affect the service of the Human Resource department.
Register new employees.
Issue medical cards, badges, and uniforms for employees.
Prepare confidential letters on new appointments, promotions, confirmations, disciplinary actions, etc.
Submit training claims to HRDF.
Handle claims on SOCSO and insurance.
Key in and maintain training records of employees in the system and manage records filing.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team, with guidance in complex situations.
Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, and able to lead a team of operators in meeting daily targets.
Mature and analytical with strong people management and interactive skills.
