Source and assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
Engage in good relations and communication with candidates and consultants.
Review employment applications and background check reports (e.g., LinkedIn & Facebook) before submission.
Highlight the bottlenecks in the recruiting process and provide effective solutions to improve hiring results.
Meet the monthly targets set by management.
Update candidates' information into VC database in company shared drive.
Submit dashboard report and update PIC track sheet on a weekly basis.
Perform any tasks assigned by superior.
RequirementsFresh graduate with Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Human Resources and Business Management.
Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
Energetic, positive, sociable, critical thinker, strong problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills with great interpersonal and communication skills.
