Job ResponsibilitiesTo do permanent placements for the customers.
Perform job fulfillment for customers in various methods, e.g.
headhunting, referrals, database, roadshow, advertisement etc.
Conduct market research to understand the customer industry and requirements in order to fulfill the recruitment needs.
Conduct screening and interviewing of candidates in a professional manner and send their profiles to the customers systematically.
Meet sales targets given for recruitment services.
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field of studies.
Preferably 1 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Candidates from the recruitment background in corporate companies/recruitment firms are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate well with both customers and candidates.
Good communication skills in the English language.
Resourceful, hardworking, and sales-oriented.
