At least Diploma or Degree in any field.
Good command of Bahasa Melayu, English, and BC.
Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
A few years of experience in both HR departments will be an advantage for this position.
Familiar with the interview process and recruiting new employees.
Evaluate employees' performance through the "Vimigo" System.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Working Time:8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm (Flexi Working Hour).
Working Day:Monday to Friday.
Off Day:Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday.
This position will only start to work on the recruitment process when the company is facing a shortage of staff, such as:
Admin Executive / Purchase Executive
Customer Service Executive
Graphic Designer / Video Editors / Interior Designer
Stock Keeper / Warehouse Supervisor
Product Trainer
This position will be responsible for filtering candidates, conducting interviews for selected candidates, and hiring them.
This position will draft vacancy advertisements and advertise them through Jobstreet, Facebook, Ricebowl, etc.
This position will update and maintain the "Centralized Candidates Database" to enhance the efficiency of the company's future hiring process.
