Development of interpersonal skills and communication skills as you interact with different candidates, Critical thinking skills through mediating different situations with different people, Interviewing and assessment skills through identifying and assessing for the most suitable candidates.
Responsibilities: Job posting in social media and various job portals to connect for potential candidates.
Perform end-to-end recruitment activities through searching, phone calling, interview coordination, candidate pre & post interview follow-ups, letters preparation and on boarding training.
Assist in any other administrative tasks when assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, or any other related fields.
Required skill(s): Good communication skills (verbal and written), Good interpersonal skills, Self-disciplined.
Passion in the recruitment field, enjoy meeting new people, strong team players, willing to learn, and accountable for tasks assigned.
