Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and proactiveHR Recruitment Specialistwith experience in tech company recruitment to help us source, select, and hire top-tier candidates across various departments. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract highly qualified individuals who align with LintraMax's mission and values. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, strong communication skills, and an ability to create an engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:Use a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to source candidates for diverse roles across the organization.
Candidate Screening & Selection:Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for technical and non-technical roles.
Interviewing:Coordinate and conduct interviews, including technical assessments (for tech roles), and provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices.
Job Descriptions & Role Clarity:Collaborate with department heads to write compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities, qualifications, and skills needed for each role.
Employer Branding:Promote LintraMax as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide insights on talent markets, and ensure efficient, effective hiring processes.
Candidate Experience:Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and transparent communication.
Data Management:Utilize recruitment software and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of candidate information, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics.
Onboarding Support:Assist in the smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have all the tools and resources needed for a successful start.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a tech or SaaS company, with a strong understanding of the tech industry's hiring needs.
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and the latest hiring trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
A passion for identifying top talent and helping shape a company's workforce.
