IDL Training & Staffing Development Program:
ConductTraining Needs Analysis (TNA) Programto ensure Training & Development programs align to the overall business goals, objectives and budgets.
Strategies training support programto ensure significant impact to the organization improvement culture and business growth.
Summarize alltraining requirements into a training calendar .
Manage ad-hoc training request.
Develop theTalent Pool program for indirect employees .
Carried out Training Evaluation for identified courses.
Coordinate thelogistics for all Indirect Training Provided .
Ensure proper training documentations (Approvals, Claims, etc).
Sourcing of effective and suitable Training Providers.
Liaise withHRDC for all related HRDF claims .
Monthly report of Training Status(Training Programs Conducted, Manhours, Claims, etc).
Manage and coordinate the Plant-wide Industrial Trainees intake and matters .
Manage, coordinate and conduct ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 related programto ensure compliances.
Part of theCertified Internal Auditors & Auditees Teamto ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 compliances.
DL Training Program
Proposed and coordinatenon-operation related DL training .
Hiring & Recruitment
Assist in identifying the best candidateto fill up any exempt vacancies in the plant.
Hiring & Recruitmentfor all Exempts Level.
Others
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirement
Holds at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Possess at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong Language Skills.
Good Computer Abilities.
Problem Solving Skill.
