JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru  Business Nature: chemical processing  Our client is a well-established chemical processing plant with headcount of 300 persons. Due to expansion, they are looking for a HR Senior Executive to be specialised in Industrial Relations and Recruitment.  Implement strategies to continually increase productivity of the workforce and lower costs. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.  Manage complex industrial relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS  Degree/Diploma in HR or Business studies.  5 years experience, with experience in handling industrial relations and domestic enquiry.  Good knowledge in labour law and HR best practise.  Interested applicants, feel free to apply online or contact
